After you have received all the local sites that you could possibly , and you have added some videos and have some reviews. The number one thing you can do which is so simple is............Update Your Local Profile. Google loves fresh and updated content and can make the world of difference when it comes to local rankings. Of course the more local listing sites you have it what will really help, but after you have everything in place, just doing some weekly updates or even daily updates can help increase your rankings.
My recommendation, do daily updates with the photos, descriptions, just change small things here and there. If you have good rankings and everything is fine, don't mess with it until it falls. And then just update. Pretty Simple? Now Go For It!
